Our story began as pet parents who were unsettled about affordable pet food options in the market that offered proper nutrition for companion animals. So, we made it our mission to support the mutual journey we share with dogs and cats by improving their nutrition through crafting exceptional pet foods that align with their hereditary needs and instinctual preferences. Using our extensive experience in pet food production gained through the founding and operating of Canada’s largest extrusion kitchen on the Pacific West Coast, we have now launched a line of pet foods and treats that combine affordability with outstanding quality.
Through our experience in pet food production, we have come to observe two prevalent issues with pet food.The first issue relates to palatability, where too often we see the "bowl half empty". The second relates to foods that only offer limited or no functional benefits, leaving dogs without the full spectrum of nutrients required to guard against some of the most common problems, such as skin & coat, bone & joint, and digestive problems.

To assist in fending off these issues, we have created a freeze-dried functional nutrient pack for dogs and cats. We start with a base of highly palatable freeze-dried meats, organs, and fruits fused with our signature life boosting nutrient pack, Vita•Boost™, to support skin & coat, bone & joint, and digestive health. Vita•Boost™ is then combined with our Evolutionary Fit™ foods to increase nutrient intake and palatability so the bowl is always empty.
Based on our many years of experience in pet food production, and as pet parents ourselves, we have come to observe what we believe are the two most common issues with pet food. Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Safe Quality Food Institute (SQF) certifications, guide the quality control system throughout the production value chain. We use a strict “Test and Hold” policy on all our foods and treats, to ensure every batch meets our strictest quality guidelines. This means that lab samples are conducted for each batch to ensure product integrity before it leaves our facilities.
