The sponsor of this monthly giveaway is COEVO (the "Sponsor").
The COEVO Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding the Province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, and Rhode Island) who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and independent contractors of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is a recurring monthly promotion. Each individual entry period begins on the first calendar day of the month at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM PT (each an "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of a specific Entry Period will not roll over to subsequent months.
During the Entry Period, eligible participants can enter by completing the following steps on Instagram:
Your social media account must be set to "Public" so the Sponsor can view your entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per social media platform, per month. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
Within five (5) business days following the conclusion of each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the platform they used to enter. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification. If the potential winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
As required by Canadian law, if a selected potential winner is a Canadian resident, they will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a confirmed winner and receiving the prize.
One (1) prize will be awarded per month. The prize consists of a COEVO product prize pack. The exact contents and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize pack will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, but will not exceed $150 USD/CAD. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
By entering the Giveaway and using the #COEVOpet hashtag, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and utilize the submitted photo/video on Sponsor’s official social media channels for the purpose of administering and promoting the Giveaway. Any further commercial use (such as in paid advertising or packaging) will require separate, explicit written consent from the entrant.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X. By entering, entrants release these platforms from any and all liability associated with this Giveaway.
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this Giveaway shall be instituted exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
